Policies and agreement
Our rentals include a professional driver, and vehicle availability depends on booking confirmation and schedule. Additional charges may apply for long-distance travel, tolls, and late-night service. Customers agree to follow safety guidelines and respect the vehicle and driver during the rental period.
All vehicles are covered under standard commercial insurance. Insurance applies to vehicle damage according to policy terms and does not cover personal belongings. Any damage due to negligence may result in additional charges.
We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, and mobile wallet services. Advance payment may be required for certain bookings or long-distance travel. Full payment must be settled before or at the end of the ride, depending on the rental type.
Cancellations made at least 6–12 hours before the trip are accepted without penalty. Last-minute cancellations may result in partial charges. Booking modifications depend on vehicle availability and must be requested in advance.
Smoking is only allowed with certain conditions in order to maintain cleanliness and comfort. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and must be transported safely to avoid damage or discomfort to other passengers.
The minimum age for booking our chauffeur-driven services is 18 years. A valid CNIC or identification is required for verification. Minors must be accompanied by an adult during travel.
